missingWrote a review on Oct 17unpleasant odor
However, the negatives were hard to ignore. The rooms had a distinct smell that lingered, possibly due to inadequate cleaning products. Charging devices was a hassle since the lamps were non-existent for that purpose. A shocking find was the visible stains and marks in some areas, which makes you think twice about the overall cleanliness. Late-night noise from other guests in the parking lot disrupted any chance of a good night's sleep, making rest nearly impossible. This place desperately needs a deep clean and better management of noise control.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my suitcases, which I really appreciated. The friendly staff always greet me with a smile-definitely coming back!

The room was pretty comfy with a really nice bed and fluffy pillows. It was clean for the most part, but the fridge had some old food in it, which was a bummer. The location was great—easy access to the freeway but still quiet at night. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was solid. Just a bit of a mixed bag with the cleanliness overall.

The breakfast was a delightful start to our day, featuring fresh pastries and coffee! However, the lack of an elevator made it tough with our bags. Overall, not the best stay. 😅

A Welcoming Escape with Cozy Charm!
Our stay was delightful! The staff went above and beyond, providing a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit. For future guests, ask about local dining recommendations—they're fantastic!

We had a lovely stay with our kids and really enjoyed the comfy beds and the late-night soup in the lobby. The hotel also had a fun game room and a cozy relaxation area which made winding down easy. Just a heads up, the closet door in our room was off track, but it didn’t put a damper on our overall experience! 😊

Friendly Staff but Lacked Cleanliness
I recently spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and while the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness was a letdown. There were stains on the towels, and I noticed that the bathroom was not properly tidied up during my stay. The staff were nice and accommodating, which I appreciated, but improvements in room cleanliness and attention to detail would make a big difference.

missingWrote a review on Jul 02helpful staffconvenient locationfilthy carpetbroken door lockprivacy issues
The stay was marred by significant cleanliness issues. the carpet was filthy, leaving black streaks on my feet after a shower, and there were holes in the drapes that compromised privacy. However, the check-in staff were nice and the location was easy to find, conveniently located off the freeway without disruptive traffic noise. It’s unfortunate that the room had such serious maintenance issues that overshadowed the positives.

The hotel had comfortable beds and clean facilities, with friendly staff helping throughout the stay. However, the overall upkeep was lacking. the bathroom fan didn’t work and I found mouse droppings in the restroom. It’s decent for a short visit, but it needs some serious attention to details.
