The stay was marred by significant cleanliness issues. the carpet was filthy, leaving black streaks on my feet after a shower, and there were holes in the drapes that compromised privacy. However, the check-in staff were nice and the location was easy to find, conveniently located off the freeway without disruptive traffic noise. It’s unfortunate that the room had such serious maintenance issues that overshadowed the positives.

We had a lovely stay with our kids and really enjoyed the comfy beds and the late-night soup in the lobby. The hotel also had a fun game room and a cozy relaxation area which made winding down easy. Just a heads up, the closet door in our room was off track, but it didn’t put a damper on our overall experience! 😊

I recently spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and while the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness was a letdown. There were stains on the towels, and I noticed that the bathroom was not properly tidied up during my stay. The staff were nice and accommodating, which I appreciated, but improvements in room cleanliness and attention to detail would make a big difference.
